Use of Third-Party Services

• Third-Party Data Collection: Our app integrates third-party services that may collect anonymous usage data. This data is used solely to improve the performance, functionality, and user experience of the app.
• AI Image Generation: To create a garden design, the app sends your garden photo(s), any reference images you add and your optional note to our AI service providers. Depending on your app version, this content goes directly from your device to our AI service providers, or to our own servers, which forward it to our AI service providers and return the generated image to you. Our servers do not store your photos or the generated designs. Our AI service providers process this content only to create your design. They may keep request data for a limited time to detect abuse, as their terms allow. Your generated designs are kept on your device, in the app's history.
• Abuse Prevention: When the app sends requests through our servers, it uses an anonymous account identifier and a device integrity check (Apple App Attest through Firebase App Check) to protect the service against abuse. A one-way hash of the anonymous identifier is sent to our AI service providers for abuse prevention.

Data Collection & Privacy

• No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect or store any personal identifiable information. All data processed through this app is handled in an anonymous form, ensuring that your identity remains confidential.
• Usage Analytics: To help us understand how the app is used and to continually improve the service, we collect analytics and metadata. This may include anonymized data related to session times, errors, and feature usage.
• Metadata Tracking: Additional metadata may be gathered to enhance our understanding of app performance and to diagnose potential issues. This data is used strictly for analytical purposes.
• Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple: By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process your requests.
